Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer secure video sessions across Utah and Oregon, plus in-person appointments at our offices. Many clients mix both depending on the week.

How do I get started?

Complete a short intake form, call, or text us. We review your needs and match you with a counselor. During business hours someone answers the phone most of the time.

What states do you serve?

Zendo Health serves clients in Utah and Oregon. Choose your state of residence when you start intake so we can match you correctly.

In Utah, we also teach PRIME for Life© — a court-mandated drug and alcohol education class available in person or online. See the PRIME for Life section on this page for cost and enrollment.
