What to know

A little context before we meet

Is your preteen or teen struggling with school stress, friendships, big emotions, or finding their way? We specialize in play therapy for kids and talk therapy for teens. We provide a safe, supportive space where your child can feel heard and understood, then learn skills and coping mechanisms for dealing with life's challenges.

We use evidence-based, age-appropriate techniques to help your child navigate challenges like anxiety, peer pressure, identity exploration, or family dynamics. Sessions are designed to be engaging—incorporating talk, creative activities, or tools tailored to your child’s needs—while fostering confidence and resilience.

Parents are partners in care when it helps. We can share practical guidance so skills learned in session show up at home and school—without putting the whole weight of change on your child alone.
